EPISODE 3 "CHARISMA"

The pressure builds when three of the girls must pick their own teams for this week's performance, causing friction in the house. The last girl chosen feels left out but when she reveals her personal story to the group, the girls begin to look at her differently. Following a performance by Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls, each group performs in front of a crowd of hyper-critical fans. After the performance for the judges, one confident girl finds herself in the bottom two.
